Frequently Asked Questions

Your Rental Guide: FAQs and Policies
Q.❄️ Bounce House Winter Rental ❓ Can I rent a bounce house during the winter?
A.

Yes, we offer rentals year-round (Saturday and Sunday only), provided the temperature is at least 45°F and the rental end time is no later than 5:00 PM (when it gets dark in Colorado). Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including bad weather; however, your deposit will be valid to book with us within 6 months of the cancellation date.

Q.How far in advance should I reserve?
A.
We recommend reserving your bounce house as soon as you have your event date, especially during peak seasons (March-September). Popular units book up weeks, or even months, in advance.
Q.Is a deposit required?
A.✅ Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental date and equipment. The deposit remains non-refundable for cancellation due to any reason, including weather. However, if you must cancel, your deposit will be converted into a rain check/credit valid for six (6) months toward a future rental date. The remaining balance of your rental fee is due either before or upon our arrival for delivery and setup.
Q.Does the blower need electrical energy source? How much energy does it use?
A.✅ You need to have access to a regular electrical outlet serving 110V. If renting a jumper in a park, you will need to use a power generator. We rent generator units as well. Please see our generator rental unit under Party Extras page for more information.
Q.How long does it take to set up and take it down?
A.✅ It takes about 20-30 minutes to install and 15-20 minutes to tear down.
Q.Can I set up the inflatable anywhere in my yard? Does it have to be on grass?
A.✅ Ideally, your bounce house should be set up on a clean, level, natural grass area for maximum safety and proper staking. We can also set up on dirt, decorative rock, mulch, patchy grass, or artificial turf. We absolutely do not set up on bare concrete, with the exception of driveways. All inflatables must be secured. Setup on paved surfaces is handled as follows: Asphalt: Setup is permitted only if the customer grants permission to use existing cracks or to drill 1/2 inch holes in the asphalt for secure staking. Driveways (Concrete/Paved): Setup is permitted only if we can safely secure the inflatable with tie-downs to the nearest soft ground (grass, dirt, mulch, etc.) adjacent to the driveway. The setup area must be as level as possible; only a very light slope or gentle incline is permitted. Steep slopes or slants are not allowed as they prevent safe use and can cause injury.
Q.Can I set up the inflatable on a concrete pavement?
A.✅ We usually do not set up directly on concrete (such as parking lots) because it prevents us from securely staking the inflatable into the ground, which is essential for safety. We do not use sandbags per company policy. However, we can often make an exception for driveways under a specific condition: We must be able to anchor all four corners of the inflatable by running heavy-duty straps to the closest available soft ground (grass, dirt, or mulch) where we can drive stakes. Critical Wind Safety Warning When using this strap-anchoring method, the unit is more susceptible to high winds. You must be extra cautious and adhere strictly to the 15MPH wind rule. If the unit shifts or the wind picks up, deflate it immediately. Please let us know if your setup is on a driveway/concrete. A quick picture of the area helps us confirm the best and safest way to anchor it down!
Q.What is your path and gate clearance policy?
A.

*A clear, unobstructed path is required from the street to the setup area.

*Minimum Clearance: The path and all gates must be at least 3 feet 2 inches (38 inches) wide.
*The path must be clear of all items. The electric dolly must be able to roll past permanent fixtures like window wells and AC units.
*We use an electric dolly and do not move items, lift inflatables, or transport equipment through houses or garages.
*You must disclose any steps, stairways, or steep slopes to the backyard before your delivery date.
-Failure to disclose difficult access may result in extra charges or us being unable to install the equipment.

Q.How many children can use the bounce house at once?
A.✅ General rule is 185lbs max per person and 750lbs max weight as a group. Capacity varies by unit size and the size/age of the participants. Generally, our standard 15′x15′ units can safely accommodate 6-8 young children at one time. We strongly recommend separating children by size/age to prevent injuries.
Q.Does an adult supervisor need to be present?
A.✅ YES! For the safety of your children all units REQUIRE to supervised at all times. You will need to limit the number of children in the inflatable, monitor their behavior, and make sure the big kids don't over knock over the little ones.
Q.Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Your deposit is non-refundable, but it will be converted into a rain-check/credit valid for  6 months toward a future rental, provided you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Q.What is your inclement weather policy?
A.
If severe weather is forecast (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, lightning), you may cancel at least 48 hours prior to your event,  your deposit will be held as a credit for a future rental. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued once the unit has been delivered and set up.

Q.How does a bounce house work?
A.✅ Inflatable Bounce Houses, Jumpy, Jump House, Inflatable’s whatever you call them all work the same. Both wet or dry they function by continuous airflow. A powered air blower continuously pumps air into the inflatable while it's in use, this is required because air escapes through the seams. Therefore, it's normal to hear air "hissing" out of the inflatable or see bubbles in the water slides. You'll need an electrical plug nearby or a generator to power the air blower.
Q.Are bounce houses safe?
A.✅ Yes! Commercial Grade Bounce Houses are safe, It is important that when renting a Bounce House you make sure it is a Commercial Grade Bounce House. Commercial Grade bounce houses are made from a heavy vinyl making them much more durable and much safer for you and your guest to use. Bounce houses, Water Slides, Combos are all a fun alternative to trampolines and have become a party tradition. We have a VERY large selection of styles, layouts, colors and designs to choose from. We also have over 100 Themed panels that can turn in Bounce House or Combo into a Themed Bounce House to match your decorations
